Shipping Policy

At StrkyCo LLC, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our central distribution center using trusted common carrier trucking services.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method

  • We ship exclusively via freight trucking (LTL or full truckload depending on order size).
  • Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, pallet count, and delivery destination.
  • After your first order and account setup, a dedicated sales representative will contact you with a custom shipping quote before finalizing shipment.
  • All shipping rates are estimates — final charges may vary slightly based on actual freight conditions.

Transit Times

  • Delivery times vary by destination:
    • West Coast: 1–3 business days
    • Midwest: 3–5 business days
    • East Coast: 4–7 business days
  • Transit begins once the carrier picks up from our facility. Delays due to weather, carrier scheduling, or remote locations may occur.

Delivery Requirements

  • A commercial address with loading dock or forklift access is required for all deliveries.
  • Residential deliveries are not available.
  • The recipient must be present to sign for and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.
  • Note any damage, missing cartons, or discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Photos are required for any damage or shortage claims.

Free Shipping? We do not currently offer free shipping. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international shipping are not available at this time.
